摘　　要：目的探究针刺联合针耳对肥胖型2型糖尿病患者脂代谢的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2021年7月于九江市中医院就诊的肥胖型2型糖尿病患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组、参考组,各34例。观察组予针刺联合针耳治疗,参考组予针刺治疗,对比两组临床总有效率及治疗前后脂代谢指标[总胆固醇(TCHO)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]及血糖指标[糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)]。结果观察组临床总有效率为100%(34/34),高于参考组的88.24%(30/34)(P<0.05)。治疗后,与参考组对比,观察组的TCHO、TG、HDL-C水平及HbA1c、FPG、2 h PG相对较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合针耳应用于肥胖型2型糖尿病患者,临床疗效确切,有助于改善患者的脂代谢,降低血糖水平。Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture on lipid metabolism in obese type 2 diabetes patients.Methods A total of 68 obese patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture,and the control group was treated with acupuncture.The clinical total effective rate,lipid metabolism indexes[total cholesterol(TCHO),triacylglycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]and blood glucose indexes[glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose before and after treatment were compared between the two groups 2 h PG].Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 100%(34/34),which was higher than that of control group(88.24%,30/34)(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of TCHO,TG,HDL-C,HbA1c,FPG and 2 h PG in the observation group were relatively lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture has definite clinical effect in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.This treatment is helpful to improve the lipid metabolism and reduce the blood sugar level of patients.
