热敏灸疗法在脑卒中后肩手综合征患者康复的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨热敏灸疗法在脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)康复中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将2019年2月—2021年2月九江市中医医院收治的88例脑卒中后SHS患者分为两组,各44例。对照组予康复训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用热敏灸疗法干预,均持续4周。比较两组康复情况、生活质量。结果干预后,观察组水肿评分、疼痛评分均较对照组低,上肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMA)评分较对照组高,且身体功能、情感功能、心理状态、社会功能评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸疗法可降低脑卒中后SHS患者手部肿胀程度,且在减轻患者疼痛方面具有较好应用效果,能够促进上肢功能恢复,提升生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of heat sensitive moxibustion on the rehabilitation of shoulder hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke.Methods A total of 88 patients with SHS after stroke in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group was given heat sensitive moxibustion intervention for 4 weeks.The rehabilitation and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the edema score and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the upper limb Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMA)score was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of physical function,emotional function,psychological state and social function were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat sensitive moxibustion can reduce the degree of hand swelling in patients with SHS after stroke,and has a good application effect in relieving patients’pain.It can promote the recovery of upper limb function and improve their quality of life.
