当归祛风汤结合细火针治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察当归祛风汤结合细火针治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎的临床效果。方法将72例血虚风燥型神经性皮炎临床诊断的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予当归祛风汤加减及细火针治疗。对照组予氯雷他定片口服,以及地奈德乳膏外用。比较两组的临床疗效、临床主客观症状、复发率。结果治疗组总有效率94.44%(34/36)高于对照组的91.67%(33/36),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗1周后和治疗3周后皮损严重程度总积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1周后、2周后、3周后治疗组瘙痒程度积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后、3周后,治疗组伴随症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组复发率8.33%(3/36)低于对照组的30.56%(11/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归祛风汤结合细火针治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎的效果与对照组相当,在起效速度上对照组优于治疗组,但在改善瘙痒程度、伴随症状及复发率上治疗组优于对照组。当归祛风汤结合细火针治疗血虚风燥型神经性皮炎具有较好临床效果,伴随症状改善明显,复发率低,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danggui Qufeng decoction combined with slight fire-needle in the treatment of neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dry type.Methods A total of 72 patients with neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dry type clinically diagnosed were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Danggui Qufeng decoction combined with slight fire-needle.The control group was given loratadine tablets orally and desonide cream externally.The clinical efficacy,clinical subjective and objective symptoms and recurrence rate of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%(34/36),which was higher than that of the control group(91.67%,33/36),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the total score of skin lesion severity between the two groups after 1 week and 3 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks,the score of itch degree in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of accompanying symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 8.33%(3/36),which was lower than that in the control group(30.56%,11/36),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Danggui Qufeng decoction combined with slight fire-needle in the treatment of neurodermatitis of blood deficiency and wind-dry type was similar to that of the control group.The speed of onset of the control group was better than that of the treatment group,but the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the degree of pruritus,accompanying symptoms and recurrence rate.Danggui Qufeng decoction combined with slight fire-needle in the treatment of neurodermatitis of blood deficie
