温针灸结合六气辨证方治疗风寒痹阻型梨状肌综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究温针灸结合六气辨证方治疗风寒痹阻型梨状肌综合征的临床效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年10月江西医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的80例风寒痹阻型梨状肌综合征患者,按住院床号奇、偶数随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采取塞来昔布胶囊治疗,治疗组在此基础上采取温针灸结合六气辨证方治疗,均治疗3周。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后的疼痛程度[视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分],以及两组治疗期间的不良反应状况。结果治疗3周后,治疗组总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的77.50%(31/40)(P<0.05)。治疗3周后,两组的VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温针灸结合六气辨证方治疗风寒痹阻型梨状肌综合征效果较好,可减轻患者疼痛感,且不增加不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with six qi syndrome differentiation prescription in the treatment of wind-cold blockade piriformis syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with wind-cold blockade piriformis syndrome admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from August 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups according to the odd or even hospitalization bed number,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib capsule,and the treatment group was treated with warming needle moxibustion combined with six qi syndrome differentiation prescription,all of which were treated for 3 weeks.The therapeutic effect,the degree of pain before and after treatment[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],and the status of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%,31/40)(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,VAS scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion combined with six qi syndrome differentiation prescription in the treatment of wind-cold blockade piriformis syndrome has a good effect,can relieve the pain and does not increase the adverse reactions.
