消斑化浊汤联合阿司匹林肠溶片及他汀类药物治疗稳定性冠心病合并颈动脉斑块临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析消斑化浊汤联合阿司匹林肠溶片及他汀类药物治疗稳定性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并颈动脉斑块的临床效果。方法观察2020年10月—2022年6月济南市莱芜人民医院的稳定性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并颈动脉斑块患者80例,以随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组予以阿司匹林肠溶片及他汀类药物治疗,观察组在此基础上联合消斑化浊汤治疗。以多项指标评估其疗效。结果治疗后,观察组胸闷、气喘、肢体沉重及痰多口黏的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);颈动脉超声检查各指标数据[颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块面积、左侧及右侧脉搏波传导速度(PWV)]亦均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林肠溶片及他汀类药物是治疗稳定性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并颈动脉斑块的常用方案,效果尚可;联合消斑化浊汤可达到更为理想的临床效果,全面改善患者病情状况,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaoban Huazhuo decoction combined with aspirin enteric coated tablets and statins medicine in the treatment of carotid plaques with stable coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with stable coronary artery disease and carotid artery plaque were observed in this study period from October 2020 to June 2022.The patients were equally divided into two groups by the digital method,one group was treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets and statins,that is,the control group,and the other group was treated with Xiaoban Huazhuo decoction on the basis of the control group,that is,the observation group.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by a number of indexes.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of chest tightness,asthma,body heaviness and phlegm and mouth stickiness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and basic fibroblast growth factor(FGF)levels were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Carotid artery ultrasound data[carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),plaque area,left and right pulse wave velocity(PWV)]were also lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin enteric coated tablets and statins are common regimens for the treatment of stable coronary artery disease with carotid plaque,and the efficacy is still acceptable,which can be achieved by the combination of Xiaoban Huazhuo decoction,a more ideal treatment effect,and comprehensive improvement of their condition and condition,and it is worth clinical borrowing and promoting.
