补中益气汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘缓解期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气汤加减联合孟鲁司特钠在支气管哮喘缓解期患者中的应用价值。方法选择2020年10月—2022年10月鹰潭市中医院收治的支气管哮喘缓解期患者100例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠片治疗,观察组加用补中益气汤治疗,两组均治疗4周。对比分析两组肺功能、炎症指标、中医证候积分、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰值流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))/FVC水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及胸膈满闷、咳痰、咳嗽的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应。结论补中益气汤加减联合孟鲁司特钠能够更好地改善支气管哮喘缓解期患者的肺功能,减轻炎症反应,加快症状缓解,且安全可靠。Objective To explore the application value of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with montelukast sodium in patients with bronchial asthma in remission.Methods From October 2020 to October 2022,100 patients with bronchial asthma in remission were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The lung function,inflammatory reaction,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum respiratory flow(PEF)and forced respiratory volume(FEV_(1))/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),eosinophil(EOS),interleukin(IL)-6,chest and diaphragm fullness score,expectoration score and cough score were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with montelukast sodium can better improve the lung function of patients with bronchial asthma in remission,reduce inflammatory reaction,and accelerate the symptom relief,and it is safe and reliable.
