摘 要:目的研究半夏泻心汤对脓毒症大鼠回肠黏膜通透性的影响。方法将45只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、脓毒症组和半夏泻心汤组,假手术组开腹后关腹,脓毒症组和半夏泻心汤组采用盲肠结扎穿孔法制备脓毒症大鼠模型。半夏泻心汤组术后予10 mL/kg半夏泻心汤灌胃,假手术组、脓毒症组予10 mL/kg的0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃。成模24 h后,留取血清检测促炎因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-17、D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、内毒素]水平变化,留取回肠组织标本观察光镜下的病理变化。结果半夏泻心汤组大鼠TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-17、D-乳酸、DAO、内毒素水平明显低于脓毒症组(P<0.05),回肠组织病理学评分亦低于脓毒症组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤通过调控炎症反应,有效降低了脓毒症大鼠的回肠通透性,减轻了回肠的病理改变。Objective To study on the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on permeability of ileum mucosa in sepsis rats.Methods Forty-five male SD rats were randomly divided into the sham-operated group,the sepsis group and Banxia Xiexin decoction group.In the sham-operated group,the abdomen was opened and then closed,and the sepsis model was prepared by cecum ligation and perforation.In Banxia Xiexin decoction group,10 ml/kg of Banxia Xiexin decoction was given by gastric gavage after the operation,in pseudo-operation and sepsis group,10 ml/kg of saline was given by gastric gavage.After 24h of modeling,serum was retained to detect the changes of pro-inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-17(IL-17),Dlactic acid,diamine oxidase(DAO),and endotoxin,and ileal tissue specimens were retained for the observation of pathological changes of ileal tissues under light microscopy.Results TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-17 in Banxia Xiexin decoction group were significantly lower than that in the sepsis group(P<0.01),and D-lactic acid,DAO,and endotoxin were lower than in the sepsis group(P<0.05),histopathological scores of the ileum in the Banxia Xiexin decoction group were lower than those in the sepsis group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction effectively reduces ileal permeability and attenuates pathological changes in the ileum of septic rats by modulating the inflammatory response.
