中药有效成分抗乳腺癌作用机制的研究进展

摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性最常见的癌症,发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。如今对乳腺癌的治疗主要为手术及放化疗等手段,但会给患者带来一定的不良作用。使用中药辅助治疗,可以减少西医治疗所带来的相关不良作用,对临床有重要意义。文章总结近年相关文献,从抗乳腺癌中药的有效成分出发,如黄酮、生物碱、皂苷、醌类等,探讨其对乳腺癌细胞的多种作用机制,包括抑制细胞增殖、诱导凋亡、诱导细胞自噬、抑制癌细胞侵袭和迁移、调控相关信号通路等,以期对中药治疗乳腺癌的临床发展起到一定的推动作用。Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Nowadays,the treatment of breast cancer is mainly surgical treatment and radiotherapy and chemotherapy,but this method brings certain side effects to patients,and the relevant side effects of treatment can be reduced through adjuvant treatment of Chinese medicine,which is of great clinical significance.By summarizing the relevant literature in recent years,this paper started from the active ingredients of Chinese medicine against breast cancer,including Chinese medicine extracts,flavonoids,alkaloids,saponins,quinones,phenols and other active ingredients of Chinese medicine,as well as the mechanism of action of the therapeutic effect on a variety of breast cancer cells,including inhibiting the proliferation of breast cancer cells,inducing their apoptosis,inducing autophagy,inhibiting the invasion and migration of cancer cells,regulating related signaling pathways,and summarizing and elaborating on the relevant active ingredients of Chinese medicine and their mechanisms of action,in order to promote the clinical development of Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer.
