摘　　要：咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)是在儿童中常见的一种特殊类型的哮喘,其发病率呈现逐年上升的态势,且易迁延不愈。随着中医学的进步和发展,中医疗法的优势逐渐显现,得到广泛的临床应用。文章对CVA含义、病因病机以及治疗展开辨析,旨在为儿童CVA的治疗提供更加科学有效的方案。Cough variant asthma(CVA)is a special type of asthma that is common in children,and its incidence is increasing year by year,and it is easy to persist.With the progress and development of traditional Chinese medicine,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine therapy have gradually emerged and been widely used in clinic.This paper analyzed the meaning,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of CVA,aiming to provide a more scientific and effective plan for the treatment of CVA in children.
