针灸科嵌入式查房模式提升脑梗死后遗症医疗效果的作用

摘　　要：目的构建“针灸科嵌入式查房”模式,研究应用其对于提升脑梗死后遗症诊治及预后的效果。方法比较上海市嘉定区中医医院实施针灸科嵌入式查房模式前后,对脑梗死后遗症的医疗服务能力(平均住院时间、平均住院费用、中医非药物治疗费用、中医非药物治疗率)、患者就医感受度(7 d满意度、30 d满意度)等相关质量安全指标。结果实施针灸科嵌入式查房后,脑梗死后遗症患者的平均住院时间、平均住院费用较实施前明显降低(P<0.05),平均中医非药物治疗费用较实施前明显上升(P<0.05);中医非药物治疗率为98.77%(160/162),高于实施前的85.33%(128/150)(P<0.05);患者7 d满意度、30 d满意度均明显提升(P<0.05)。结论实施针灸科嵌入式查房模式能够增强医疗服务能力,帮助脑梗死后遗症患者缩短住院时间、减少住院费用、提升就医感受。Objective To build a“acupuncture embedded ward round”model to study its implementation effect on improving the diagnosis and treatment of sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods After comparing the acupuncture embedded ward round model in Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the medical service capabilities of the disease(average hospitalization time,average hospitalization expenses,traditional Chinese medicine non-drug treatment expenses,and traditional Chinese medicine nondrug treatment rate),patient’s perception of medical treatment(seven day satisfaction,30 day satisfaction)and other relevant quality and safety indicators were compared.Results After the implementation of acupuncture embedded ward round model,the average hospitalization time and average hospitalization expenses of patients with cerebral infarction sequela were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the average non-drug treatment expenses of traditional Chinese medicine were significantly increased(P<0.05).The rate of nondrug treatment was 98.77%(160/162),which was higher than 85.33%(128/150)before implementation(P<0.05).Patients’satisfaction at 7 days and 30 days was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the acupuncture embedded ward round model can enhance the medical service capabilities of the disease,shorten hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization costs,and improve patients’medical experience.
