摘　　要：余热锅炉是生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的三大主机之一,其安全稳定运行对生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的生产运营起到关键作用。余热锅炉在实际运行中存在很多严重的问题,尤其是受热面爆管泄漏频发。文章针对某生活垃圾发电厂余热锅炉过热器爆管的泄漏过程和原因分析进行了详尽阐述,并提出了针对性的防控对策,可为同类型垃圾焚烧发电厂的专业技术人员提供参考。The waste heat boiler is one of the three main engines of the domestic incineration power plant and its safe and stable operation plays a key role in the production and operation of the domestic waste power plant.There are many serious problems in the actual operation of waste heat boilers,especially the frequent occurrence of tube explosions and leakages on the heating surface.The paper describes in detail the leakage process and cause analysis of the superheater of a waste heat boiler in a domestic waste power plant,and puts forward targeted prevention and control measures,which can provide reference for the professional technical personnel in the same type of waste incineration power plant.
