摘  要:发展新能源汽车是推动产业转型升级、落实“双碳”目标的重要战略举措。当前我国新能源汽车已进入快速推广阶段,随着车辆规模不断扩大,在现行充电价格政策下,新能源汽车大功率集中充电的行为将改变电网负荷特性,影响电网运行。文章基于某省级区域的实际样本数据,结合对地区新能源汽车发展趋势的研判,量化评估新能源汽车充电对省级电网中长期负荷特性的影响,以期为电网规划建设、市场价格机制设计等提供参考,以更好适应新型用电负荷发展。Developing new energy vehicles is an important strategic measure to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and to implement the“dual carbon”goal.At present,new energy vehicles have entered a stage of rapid promotion in China.With the continuous expansion of vehicle scale,under the current charging price policy,the behavior of high-power centralized charging of new energy vehicles will change the grid load characteristics,and affect the operation of the power grid.Based on the actual samples from a provincial region,combined with the assessment of the development trend of new energy vehicles in the region,this paper quantifies the impact of new energy vehicle charging on the medium and long-term load characteristics of the provincial power grid.The research results will provide reference for power grid planning and market price mechanism design,in order to better adapt to the development of new electricity loads.
