摘  要:文章主要论述了实现锅炉排渣系统碎渣机远方自动清障功能的方法,以提高碎渣机保护动作的可靠性。首先,取消就地可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的控制功能,将碎渣机控制和相关测量信号直接送至分散控制系统(DCS);然后,增加碎渣机堵转保护测量传感器,实现双重冗余保护,提高碎渣机保护动作可靠性;最后,在DCS内优化控制逻辑,利用“与门”“或门”“非门”及“延迟”等常用逻辑功能块,在保证碎渣机电机不过热烧坏的前提下,实现碎渣机远方自动正反转控制,以达到碎渣机远方自动清障的功能。项目实施后,通过空载试验的方式对改造成果进行验证,试验效果良好,实现了碎渣机自动清障的功能。This paper mainly discusses the method of realizing the remote automatic cleaning function of the slag crusher,in order to improve the reliability of the protection action of the slag crusher in the boiler slag discharge system.First of all,the local programmable logic controller(PLC)control function is canceled,and the slag crusher control and related measurement signals are directly sent to the distributed control system(DCS).Then,the measuring sensor of the slag crusher is added to realize double redundancy protection and improve the reliability of the slag crusher protection action.Finally,the control logic is optimized in the DCS,using“and gate”,“or gate”,“not gate”,“delay”and other common logic function blocks,in the premise of ensuring that the slag crusher machine does not overheat and burn out,to achieve the slag crusher remote automatic positive and negative control and the remote automatic clearance.After the implementation of the project,the transformation results are verified by no-load test.The test results are good,and the automatic clearance of the slag crusher is realized.
