摘 要:针对煤矿矿井回用水,采用响应面(RSM)优化除浊除铁混凝工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,选取pH、混凝剂投加量和曝气时间作为影响因子,浊度去除率和总铁去除率为响应值,利用Box-Benhnken Design(BBD)进行三因素三水平实验设计,研究各自变量之间单独与交互作用对响应值的影响。结果表明,各因素对于浊度去除率的影响,曝气时间>pH>混凝剂投加量;各因素对于总铁去除率的影响,pH>曝气时间>混凝剂投加量。根据拟合的二次回归方程得到的最佳混凝条件:pH为6.8,混凝剂投加量为84.9 mg/L,曝气时间为7.3 min。根据实际运行条件,修正混凝试验最佳条件:pH为6.8,混凝剂投加量为90 mg/L,曝气时间为7 min。在此条件下进行3组平行试验,结果表明,浊度和总铁的平均去除率分别为(97.2±0.3)%和(97.0±0.2)%,与模型预测值均偏差0.6%,应用后回用水出水水质良好并可节约运行成本。Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the turbidity and iron removal coagulation process for coal mine reuse water.On the basis of single-factor experiments,pH,coagulant dosage and aeration time were selected as influencing factors,turbidity removal efficiency and total iron removal efficiency were taken as the response values,three-factor three-level experimental design was carried out by using Box-Benhnken design(BBD),to study the effects of individual and interactive interactions between the respective variables on the response values.The results showed that each factor had the following effects on turbidity removal efficiency of aeration time>pH>coagulant dosage and on total iron removal efficiency of pH>aeration time>coagulant dosage.According to the fitted quadratic regression equation,the optimal condition was determined with the coagulant dosage of 84.9 mg/L,pH of 6.8 and aeration time of 7.3 min.According to the actual operating conditions,the best conditions for coagulation experiments were modified as pH of 6.8,coagulant dosage of 90 mg/L,and aeration time of 7 min.Three sets of parallel experiments were carried out under the optimal condition,the average removal rates of turbidity and total iron were(97.2±0.3)%and(97.0±0.2)%,which were both deviated from the model predictions by 0.6%.The water quality of reclaimed water was favorable after the application while the operation cost could be saved.
