摘　　要：针对企业生产控制系统中数据统计、归档、报表查询与导出工作的信息化要求,探讨了WinCC软件在数据采集与管理系统中的工程应用问题。在介绍WinCC软件数据归档原理的基础上,研究了基于VBS脚本和SQL Server数据库实现WinCC软件数据归档功能的相关技术,并采用SpreadSheet报表控件实现了用户自定义报表的查询与导出。结合工程应用要求和VBS脚本的特点,基于WinCC软件进行复杂报表的程序开发,解决了企业在生产管控信息化中遇到的一些问题。The paper discusses the engineering application issues of WinCC software in supervisory control and data acquisition management system,focusing on the information technology requirements for data statistics,archiving,report querying,and exporting in enterprise production control systems.Building upon the introduction of the data archiving principles of WinCC software system,the study explores WinCC report secondary development based on VBS script and SQL server,and achieves user-customized report querying and exporting through SpreadSheet report controls.By utilizing practical engineering cases and VBS script programs,the paper addresses complex report development based on WinCC software and some challenges encountered by enterprises in the process of informationizing production control system data.
