摘 要:乳腺内乳淋巴链是乳腺癌局部淋巴引流的重要组成部分,传统的了解内乳淋巴结状态的方法是扩大根治术,由于其创伤较大且并发症发生率高,临床应用受限。目前对于内乳淋巴结转移风险较高的病人,主要行放疗,但有过度治疗的可能。机器人辅助的内乳淋巴链切除术适应证广泛、创伤小,能够了解乳腺内淋巴结的转移情况,从而为乳腺癌提供更准确的分期,有助于为乳腺癌病人制定更精确的综合治疗方案。The intramammary lymph chain is an important part of local lymphatic drainage in breast cancer.The traditional method to understand the status of intramammary lymph nodes is extended radical surgery,which is limited in clinical application due to its greater trauma and high rate of complications.At present,the main treatment for patients with a high risk of internal milk lymph node metastasis is radiotherapy,but there is a possibility of over-treatment.With extensive indications and less trauma,robot-assisted internal milk lymphadenectomy can understand the metastasis of lymph nodes in the breast,provide more accurate staging of breast cancer,and help to develop more accurate comprehensive treatment programs for breast cancer patients.
