摘　　要：长寿时代背景下,研究居住安排如何影响高龄老年人的健康对于规划相关养老服务具有重要的实践参考价值。使用中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查数据,通过多维健康指标研究高龄老年人居住安排与其健康的关系。研究发现:绝大多数高龄老年人和(孙)子女共同居住,但不同居住安排下老年人多维健康水平存在差异;高龄老年人居住安排会对其生理健康、心理健康和综合健康产生影响,对其自评健康在统计学上没有影响;高龄老年人居住安排对综合健康的影响在年龄、性别和城乡方面具有异质性。发展面向高龄老年人的照料服务应当充分重视居住安排对健康的影响,注重发展以支持家庭为主的服务模式,同时高度重视发展农村养老服务,关注高龄老年人的心理健康。In an era of longevity,studying how living arrangements affect the health of the oldest-old has important practical reference value for planning related elderly care services.By using data of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS)and multidimensional health indexes,this paper analyzed the relationship between living arrangements and health of the oldest-old.It is found that most of the oldest-old live together with their children,but the multidimensional health levels of them are various under different living arrangements.The living arrangement of the oldest-old has an effect on their physical,mental and comprehensive health,but has no effect on their self-rated health statistically.Its influence on comprehensive health of the oldest-old are heterogeneous in terms of age,gender,and living areas(urban or rural).When developing care services for the oldest-old,we should pay full attention to the impact of living arrangements on health,the development of family-oriented service models and rural oldage care,as well as the mental health of the oldest-old.
