摘　　要：生物柴油是一种公认的绿色、安全、环保和可再生清洁燃料,在生产生活中已逐步替代石化柴油。本文对生物柴油的生产原料、制备方法、催化剂、性能指标及影响因素进行了介绍,重点介绍了生物酶法制备生物柴油的生产工序。Biodiesel is a recognized green,safe,environmental friendly,renewable and clean fuel,which has gradually replaced petrochemical diesel in life.The raw materials,preparation methods,catalysts,performance indexes and influencing factors of biodiesel was introduced,and the production process of biodiesel produced by biological enzymatic method was emphatically introduced.
