摘 要:泡沫排水采气是低压气井常用的排水采气技术,青海涩北气田在排采过程中常面临出砂问题,从而给泡沫稳定性造成影响。为揭示砂对泡沫排水采气的影响,选取OP-10、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱以及复配型起泡剂QH-X1开展出砂条件下的泡沫性能测试。结果表明:砂粒对单一起泡剂起泡性能、析液性能的影响因起泡剂类型以及砂粒粒径的大小而存在差异,总体影响是不利于起泡以及泡沫的稳定。而对于复配型起泡剂QH-X1而言,由于表面活性剂以及泡沫稳定剂的协同作用,砂粒的引入反而增强其起泡性能并降低其析液性能,进而提升泡沫综合值,增强泡沫的稳定性。Foam drainage gas recovery is a common drainage gas recovery technology for low-pressure gas wells.In Qinghai Oilfield's Sebei Gasfield,sand production was a frequent problem during drainage production,which affected the foam stability.In order to reveal the effect of the sand production on the foam drainage gas recovery,OP-10,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide,hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium sulfoBetaine,and the compounded foaming agent QH-X1 were selected to carry out the performance test of the foam under the sand production condition.The results demonstrated that the impact of sand on the foaming performance and drainage performance of a single foaming agent was contingent upon the type of foaming agent and the size of sand particles.Overall,sand had an adverse effect on foaming and foam stabilization.For the compound foaming agent QH-X1,thanks to the synergistic effect of the surfactant and the foam stabilizer,the introduction of sand grains had the effect of enhancing the foaming performance and reducing the liquid precipitation performance,which in turn improved the foam integrated value and thus enhanced the stability of the foam.
