摘  要:纳米镍粉由于其独特的物理和化学性质,被广泛应用于电、磁以及催化等各个领域,准确分析其杂质元素的含量对于提高其性能及应用至关重要。GB/T 8647中采用的电弧发射光谱仪已无法满足企业等需要高灵敏度和同时多元素分析的科研和环境监测要求。建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定纳米镍粉中14种常见微量元素的方法,该方法精密度良好,准确度高,检出限为0.0001~0.1420mg/L,相关系数在0.9990~0.9999之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.00%~5.98%,方法加标回收率为91.2%~112.0%。Nano-nickel powder is widely used in various fields such as electricity,magnetism and catalysis due to its unique physical and chemical properties.Accurate analysis of its impurity element contents is very important to improve its performance and application.The arc emission spectrometer used in GB/T 8647can no longer meet the scientific research and environmental monitoring of enterprises requiring high sensitivity and simultaneous multielement analysis,so a method for the determination of 14common trace elements in nano-nickel powder by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry has been established.The method has good precision and high accuracy,with a detection limit of 0.0001~0.1420mg/L,a correlation coefficient between 0.9990and 0.9999,a relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.00%~5.98%,and a spike recovery of 91.2%~112.0%.
