摘 要:介孔碳纳米球(mesoporous carbon nanospheres,MCNs)是由具有介孔结构的碳源在特定条件下合成的一种新型碳材料,具有比表面积大、孔隙率高、粒径可控和生物相容性好等优点,在生物医药领域具有广阔的应用前景。阐述了MCNs载药系统的应用,分析了MCNs载药系统存在的问题,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。Mesoporous carbon nanospheres(MCNs)are a new type of carbon material synthesized from carbon sources with mesoporous structures under specific conditions.They have advantages such as large specific surface area,high porosity,controllable particle size,and good biocompatibility,and have broad application prospects in the field of biomedicine.The preparation methods and properties of mesoporous carbon nanospheres were introduced,and the advantages and applications of mesoporous carbon nanospheres as drug carriers were elaborated,and their development trends were prospected.
