摘  要:以草酸(C2H_(2)O4)、六水合氯化钴(CoCl_(2)·6H_(2)O)、氯铂酸(H_(2)PtCl6)和硼氢化钠(NaBH4)等为原料合成Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)纳米材料,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外图谱(FT-IR)对其结构进行表征。探究了Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)纳米材料催化3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)的最佳实验条件,构建了Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)-TMB比色传感平台,并将其用于检测河水中对苯二酚的浓度。结果表明,Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)纳米材料催化TMB的最佳实验条件为:Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)纳米材料的浓度40μg/mL,pH=4,反应温度30℃,反应15min。Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)-TMB比色传感平台检测对苯二酚的线性范围为0~20μmol/L,最低检测限为0.8513μmol/L。The Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)nanomaterial was synthesized from oxalic acid(C2H2O4),cobalt chloride hexahydrate(CoCl2·6H2O),chloroplatinic acid(H2PtCl6)and sodium borohydride(NaBH4).And the structures were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The optimal experimental conditions of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)catalyzed by Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)nanomaterial were investigated.The Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)-TMB colorimetric sensing platform was constructed and used to detect hydroquinone concentration in river water.The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions for catalyzing TMB by Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)nanomaterial were as follows:Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)nanomaterial concentration 40μg/mL,pH=4,reaction temperature 30℃,reaction time 15min.The linear range of hydroquinone detection by the Pt@Co_(3)O_(4)-TMB colorimetric sensor platform was 0~20μmol/L,and the lowest detection limit was 0.8513μmol/L.
