天冬聚脲涂料在商用车底盘上的应用研究

摘　　要：天冬聚脲涂料有耐候、耐腐蚀以及高固快干之特点,目前已在风电、工程机械、地坪和汽车等领域获得应用,本文主要研究天冬聚脲涂料在商用车底盘上的应用。通过对天冬聚脲树脂进行改性及涂料配方设计,并优选六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体固化剂及预聚体固化剂,制作的天冬聚脲底盘漆具有易施工、快干、免烘烤以及抗石击之特性,且涂层性能能够满足商用车底盘的长效防护要求。The polyaspartic polyurea coatings has the characteristics of weather resistance,corrosion resistance,high solid and fast drying,and has been widely used in fields such as wind power,construction machinery,flooring,and automobiles.This article mainly studied the application of polyaspartic polyurea coatings on commercial vehicle chassis.By modifying the polyaspartic resin and coating formulation design and preferably selecting HDI trimers hardener and prepolymers hardener,the polyaspartic polyurea chassis paint has the characteristics of easy coating,fast drying,no baking and anti stone impact,and the coating performance can meet the long-term protection requirements of commercial vehicle chassis.
