摘　　要：盾尾油脂作为盾构工程中的关键辅助材料,对盾构机的密封性、耐磨性及施工效率具有显著影响。本文详细介绍了“盾无忧”盾尾油脂的生产流程,包括施工准备、材料准备、材料验收、原材料储存与分类标识、盾尾油脂生产以及盾尾油脂检验及封装等,旨在通过对生产过程的控制达到盾尾油脂质量控制,同时为其他盾尾油脂厂家提供参考。As a key auxiliary material in shield engineering,shield tail grease has a significant impact on the sealing,wear resistance and construction efficiency of the shield machine.This study introduced in detail the production process of“DWY”shield tail grease,including construction preparation,material preparation,material acceptance,raw material storage and classification identification,shield tail grease production,shield tail grease inspection and packaging,etc.aiming to achieve quality control of shield tail grease through the control of the production process and provides a reference for other shield tail grease manufacturers.
