摘 要:针对中铁上海工程局集团有限公司现有盾尾密封油脂生产现状,结合施工现场反映情况,研究新型材料对盾尾密封油脂的影响,其中采用乙丙聚合物替代聚异丁烯和工业石蜡替代环氧大豆油可增强盾尾密封油脂的泵送性和锥入度。此外还设计了盾尾密封油脂原材料中基础油和纤维粉料的自动上料装置,实现精准上料。通过使用新的原材料和自动上料装置,解决了盾尾密封油脂不适用施工地层,应用效果不佳的问题。Based on the current production status of shield tail sealing grease of China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.and the feedback from the construction site,the impact of new materials on shield tail sealing grease was investigated.The use of ethylene propylene polymer instead of polyisobutene and industrial paraffin instead of epoxy soybean oil can enhance the pumpability and cone penetration of shield tail sealing grease.In addition,an automatic feeding device for base oil and fiber powder in the raw materials of shield tail sealing grease has been designed to achieve precise feeding.By using new raw materials and automatic feeding devices,the problem of shield tail sealing grease not being suitable for construction layers and poor application effect has been solved.
