摘　　要：针对硫酸法烷基化装置运行过程中存在的设备结垢与能源综合利用问题,从工艺原理、工艺操作、工艺流程以及技改技措等方面进行了阐述,并提出了相应的解决方案以及技改措施。通过相应的处理,有利于装置的节能降耗、延缓设备结垢并延长装置的长周期运行,降低主要产品的生产成本,提高市场竞争能力。This article elaborated on the problems of equipment scaling and comprehensive energy utilization in the operation of sulfuric acid alkylation units,from the aspects of process principles,process operations,process flow,and technical improvement measures.Corresponding solutions and technical improvement measures were proposed.By implementing corresponding measures,it was beneficial for the device to save energy and reduce consumption,delay equipment scaling,extend the long-term operation time of the device,reduce the production cost of major products,and improve market competitiveness.
