摘　　要：经济法在保障西部乡村振兴战略的实施中发挥着重要作用,其能为乡村振兴战略的实施营造良好的法治环境,确保政策得到有效落实。基于此,探讨经济法保障与乡村振兴战略的关系,从主体困境、激励困境以及资金困境三个方面剖析经济法保障西部乡村振兴战略实施存在的问题,最后提出相应的建议,以期为西部乡村振兴战略的实施打下了坚实的法治基础。Economic law plays an important role in ensuring the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in western China.It can create a good legal environment for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and ensure the effective implementation of the policy.In this paper discusses the economic law security and the rural revitalization strategy,from the main dilemma,incentives and financial difficulties three aspects analyzes the economic law to guarantee the western rural revitalization strategy implementation problems,finally put forward the corresponding Suggestions,for the implementation of the western rural revitalization strategy laid a solid foundation of the rule of law.
