外科护士灵性健康在职业压力和职业倦怠间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨外科护士灵性健康在职业压力和职业倦怠间的中介作用,为降低护士职业倦怠提供干预策略。方法 采用随意抽样法,于2023年3—5月随机选取乌鲁木齐市5家三级甲等医院182名外科护士为调查对象,采用一般情况量表、灵性健康量表、职业压力量表和职业倦怠量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 外科护士灵性健康、职业压力、职业倦怠得分分别为(73.46±11.32)、(75.42±12.38)和(58.74±11.82)分。不同年龄、学历、职称、工作年限及婚姻状况的外科护士灵性健康得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同职称、工作年限、每月夜班频次及婚姻状况的外科护士职业压力得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、职称、工作年限及每月夜班频次的外科护士职业倦怠得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。外科护士灵性健康与职业倦怠、职业压力均呈负相关(r=-0.625、-0.584,均P<0.01),职业压力与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.667,P<0.01)。外科护士灵性健康在职业压力和职业倦怠间具有部分中介作用,中介效应为0.302,总效应占比为46.60%。结论 灵性健康在职业压力和职业倦怠间具有部分中介作用,提高灵性健康水平有利于降低外科护士职业倦怠水平及增强身心健康和护理质量。Objective To explore the mediating role of spiritual health in surgical nurses between occupational stress and occupational burnout,provide intervention strategies for reducing job burnout in nurses.Methods A sample of 182 surgical nurses from five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi City was randomly selected from March to May 2023 by the convenient sampling method.The survey was conducted using the general situation scale,the spiritual health scale,the occupational stress scale and the occupational burnout scale,and the data were analyzed.Results The spiritual health score of surgical nurses was(87.28±11.86)points,occupational stress score was(75.42±12.38)points,and occupational burnout score was(58.74±11.82)points.There were statistically significant differences in spiritual health scores among surgical nurses of different age,educational background,professional title,working years,and marital status(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in occupational stress scores among surgical nurses of different professional title,working years,monthly night shift frequency,and marital status(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in occupational burnout scores among surgical nurses of different age,professional title,working years,and monthly night shift frequency(all P<0.05).The spiritual health of surgical nurses was negatively correlated with occupational burnout and occupational stress(r=-0.625,-0.584,both P<0.01).The occupational stress was positively correlated with occupational burnout(r=0.667,P<0.01).The spiritual health of surgical nurses played a partial mediating role between occupational stress and burnout with the mesomeric effect of 0.302,accounting for 46.60%of the total effect.Conclusion Spiritual health partially mediates the relationship between occupational stree and occupational burnout.Improving the level of spiritual health is beneficial for reducing the level of occupational burnout in surgical nurses,and enhancing physical and mental health and nur
