摘　　要：当前医院人事科管理多个事项,需要不同科室书面签字审核等流程,为了提高工作效率,开发了此系统。系统后台基于JavaWeb技术,数据库采用MySQL,前端采用VUE技术,实现了系统的前后端分离,实现了员工管理、入职管理、在职管理、离职管理等功能模块。从系统的需求分析、数据库表设计、系统实现、系统测试等方面阐述医院人事管理系统的设计与实现。At present,the personnel department of the hospital manages multiple matters that require different departments to sign and review in writing.In order to improve work efficiency,this system has been developed.The system backend is based on JavaWeb technology,the database uses MySQL database,and the front-end uses VUE technology to achieve front-end and back-end separation of the system,realizing functional modules such as employee management,onboarding management,on-the-job management,and resignation management.Elaborate on the design and implementation of a hospital personnel management system from aspects such as system requirements analysis,database table design,system implementation,and system testing.
