摘　　要：马克思的世界交往理论深刻揭示了西方中心—资本主导下世界普遍交往的形成过程及内在困境。全球文明倡议基于新的时代背景和历史使命,着眼于当前世界交往中的现实问题,以构建人类命运共同体为目标指向,通过树立“平等包容”的交往前提、奠定“和合共生”的交往导向、激活“守正创新”的交往动力、拓展“开放发展”的交往空间,提供了人类文明正确交往之道,构成了马克思世界交往理论的当代形态。全球文明倡议为世界普遍交往赋予全新内涵、开辟全新境界、提供全新范式、注入全新动能,是重构世界交往秩序、实现人类文明繁荣发展的中国方案,推动了马克思世界交往理论在21世纪的丰富发展。Marx’s theory of world interaction profoundly reveals the formation process and inherent dilemmas of global interaction under Western-centric and capital-dominated conditions.The Global Civilization Initiative,based on a new era context and historical mission,focuses on the practical issues in current world interaction,aiming to establish a community with a shared future for mankind.By establishing the premise of“equality and inclusiveness”for interaction,establishing the guiding principle of“harmony and symbiosis”for interaction,stimulating the dynamic of“upholding principles and innovation”for interaction,and expanding the space for interaction based on“openness and development”,it provides the correct way of interaction of human civilization,and constitutes the contemporary form of Marx’s theory of world interaction.The Global Civilization Initiative has given a brand-new connotation,opened up a brand-new realm,provided a brand-new paradigm,and injected a brand-new impetus for world interaction;it is a Chinese proposal for reconstructing the order of world interaction and realizing the promotion of the prosperity and development of human civilization,and it has pushed forward the enrichment and development of Marx’s theory of world interaction in the 21st century.
