摘　　要：目的探讨复荣通脉胶囊治疗瘀血内停型原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选择瘀血内停型原发性高血压患者92例,随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组采用缬沙坦联合安慰剂治疗,观察组采用缬沙坦联合复荣通脉胶囊治疗,2组均治疗12周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、血清细胞因子水平、动态血压变化情况、血液流变学指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效结果总有效率(91.30%,42/46)高于对照组(71.74%,33/46)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各项中医证候评分、血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、血醛固酮(ALD)水平、白天平均收缩压(D-SBP)、夜间平均收缩压(N-SBP)、24小时平均舒张压(24h-DBP)、白天平均舒张压(D-DBP)、夜间平均舒张压(N-DBP)、24小时平均舒张压(24h-DBP)、各项血液流变学指标均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清PRA水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复荣通脉胶囊治疗瘀血内停型原发性高血压,可调节患者机体细胞因子水平,促进血压降低,改善血液流变学指标及中医证候,临床疗效结果较好。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Furong Tongmai Capsule on patients with primary hypertension with syndrome of internal binding of static blood.Methods 92 patients with primary hypertension with syndrome of internal binding of static blood were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random selection by drawing,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan combined with the placebo,and the observation group was treated with valsartan combined with Furong Tongmai Capsules.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medical syndrome score,serum cytokine levels,dynamic blood pressure changes,hemorheology indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(91.30%,42/46)was higher than that of the control group(71.74%,33/46)(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,serum insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1),angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)and aldosterone(ALD)levels,daytime systolic blood pressure(D-SBP),nighttime systolic blood pressure(N-SBP),24 hours systolic blood pressure(24h-SBP),daytime diastolic blood pressure(D-DBP),nighttime diastolic blood pressure(N-DBP),24 hours diastolic blood pressure(24h-DBP),and the levels of various hemorheology indexes decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum PRA in two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Furong Tongmai Capsules can effectively regulate the levels of cytokines in patients with primary hypertension with syndrome of internal binding of static blood,promote the reduction of blood pressure,and improve their hemorheology index levels and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.This the
