摘  要:子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是妇科常见的一种进行性、雌激素依赖性的疾病,是导致育龄期女性痛经和不孕症的重要原因之一。EMs的发病机制目前学术界尚未统一认识,近些年主流的观点认为,子宫内膜细胞黏附、侵袭增殖及异位组织内的新生血管形成参与了EMs发生发展。尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)和可溶性黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)是子宫内膜细胞黏附过程中的关键因子。中医药能够通过多靶点、多环节和多途径治疗EMs,且取得了令人瞩目的成绩,尤其在针对内膜细胞黏附过程中的关键因子为靶点进行治疗方面,明显改善了患者的预后,提高了临床疗效,可能为今后的EMs治疗开辟了新的途径,提供了治疗新思路。Endometriosis(EMs)is a common progressive and estrogen-dependent disease in gynecology,which is one of the important causes of dysmenorrhea and infertility in women of childbearing age.The pathogenesis of EMs has not yet been uniformly understood in the academicfied currently.In recent years,the mainstream view has been that endometrial cell adhesion,invasion and proliferation and neovascularization in ectopic tissues are involved in the occurrence and development of EMs.Urokinase type plasminogen activator(uPA),matrix metalloproteinase(MMPs),and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)are key factors in endometrial cell adhesion.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can treat EMs through multi-target,multi-link and multi-pathway,and this therapy has achieved remarkable results,especially in the treatment targeting key factors in the adhesion process of endometrial cell,which has significantly improved the prognosis of patients and enhanced the clinical efficacy,and may open up a new way and provide new treatment ideas for EMs treatment in the future.
