摘　　要：血脂代谢异常属于常见的代谢疾病,本病患病率较高,严重影响患者的身心健康。综合国内外研究发现,血脂代谢异常的机制一般与“痰、湿、瘀”有关,“痰、湿、瘀”的机制各不相同,共同影响着机体血脂的代谢平衡。中药治疗血脂代谢异常具有独特的优势与疗效,通过不同类型的中药治法能够缓解症状,降低血脂水平,获得较为理想的疗效,且安全性高。另外,中药与西药结合亦能在血脂代谢异常中取得协同增效的作用,中医可减轻西药剂量,从而减少不良反应,两者优势互补,最终提高疾病治疗的整体疗效。Abnormal blood lipid metabolism is a common metabolic disease with a high incidence,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.This article combines domestic and foreign research and finds that the mechanism of abnormal blood lipid metabolism is generally related to"phlegm,dampness,and blood stasis",and the mechanisms of"phlegm,dampness,and blood stasis"are different,and together affect the metabolic balance of blood lipids in the body.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has unique advantages and therapeutic effects in treating abnormal blood lipid metabolism;Different types of traditional Chinese medicine treatments can alleviate symptoms,reduce blood lipid levels,and achieve ideal therapeutic effects,and have high safety.In addition,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can also achieve a synergistic effect in the treatment of abnormal blood lipid metabolism;Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the dosage of Western medicine,thereby reducing adverse reactions;The advantages of the two complement each other,ultimately improving the overall efficacy of disease treatment.
