摘 要:巷道支护方式和支护参数的合理选择关系到巷道稳定性和支护成本。针对小东沟金矿巷道支护过程中存在的爆破后金属网损伤面积大、锚杆支护参数不合理等问题,对支护金属网进行了重新选型,设计了不同锚杆支护参数,通过数值模拟分析了不同支护参数下巷道围岩位移场、应力场和塑性区分布。结果表明:顶板位移及围岩塑性区随锚杆间排距增大而增大。锚杆间距由0.9 m增加至1.5 m,顶板最大位移分别依次增大了37.23%和36.32%。随着锚杆排距增大,顶板最大位移分别依次增大了26.44%和27.07%。结合支护成本和现场实际条件确定最优锚杆间排距为1.2 m×1.2 m。工业试验效果较好,支护成本降低12%,支护效率较之前提高20%。The appropriate selection of roadway support methods and parameters is critical to ensuring stability and managing support costs.In Xiaodonggou Gold Mine,problems such as significant damage to metal meshes after blasting and improper bolt support parameters were identified in the support process of roadways.To address these issues,new metal meshes were selected,and various bolt support parameters were designed.Numerical simulations were conducted to analyze the displacement field,stress field,and plastic zone distribution of the surrounding rock under different support parameters.The results indicate that roof displacement and the plastic zone in the surrounding rock increase with greater bolt spacing.When the bolt spacing increased from 0.9 m to 1.5 m,the maximum roof displacement rose by 37.23%and 36.32%,respectively.With increased row spacing,the maximum roof displacement rose by 26.44%and 27.07%.Based on support costs and site conditions,the optimal bolt spacing was determined to be 1.2 m×1.2 m.Field trials demonstrated good performance,reducing support costs by 12%and improving support efficiency by 20%.
