摘 要:针对三山岛金矿分级尾砂充填存在的离析、分层、泄水和充填体质量差等技术问题,通过检测尾砂和分析胶凝材料的基本性质,并以养护龄期、灰砂比和料浆浓度为研究因素,充填料浆的扩展度和充填体的单轴抗压强度为参考指标进行分析,得到了尾砂高浓度充填强度特性。试验结果表明:料浆浓度是影响充填料浆扩展度的主要因素,灰砂比影响较小;但养护龄期和灰砂比是影响充填体质量的主要因素,料浆浓度次之。根据该矿山不同采矿方法需求,提出了满足充填要求的技术参数。To address technical issues such as segregation,layering,drainage,and poor filling body quality in the graded tailings backfill at Sanshandao Gold Mine,the fundamental properties of tailings and cementitious materials were analyzed.Using curing age,cement-sand ratio,and slurry concentration as study variables,the extensibility of backfill slurry and the uniaxial compressive strength of the filling body were used as reference indices to investigate the strength characteristics of high-concentration backfill.Experimental results show that slurry concentration is the primary factor affecting the spread of backfill slurry,while the cement-sand ratio has a smaller influence.However,curing age and the cement-sand ratio are the main factors affecting filling body quality,with slurry concentration being secondary.Based on the mining methods of the mine,technical parameters were proposed to meet the backfill requirements.
