摘  要:为应对当前生物氧化预处理提金技术中面临的核心氧化槽处理能力受限、能耗高及碳排放量大等挑战,研究设计了一种低碳高效生物氧化提金槽,成功实现了单槽处理能力突破1000 m^(3),并预期节能15%~20%,氧化酸气排放量减少90%以上的目标。在实际应用中,每台设备的一次性投资降低了10%~20%,显著提升了整体氧化提金效率,缩短了微生物氧化周期,设备运行能耗降低了10%以上,同时确保了氧化槽酸气的无污染排放。低碳高效生物氧化提金槽的设计与应用在高效提取金元素的同时降低能耗与碳排放,推动了行业向绿色可持续发展方向迈进,为生物氧化预处理提金技术的广泛应用提供了坚实支撑。To address challenges in current bio-oxidation pretreatment gold extraction technology,such as limited oxidation tank capacity,high energy consumption,and significant carbon emissions,this study designed a low-carbon and high-efficiency bio-oxidation gold extraction tank.The design successfully achieved a single-tank capacity exceeding 1000 m^(3),with expected energy savings of 15%-20%and a reduction in acidic gas emissions by over 90%.In practical applications,the design reduced one-time investment costs for each unit by 10%-20%,significantly improved overall oxidation and gold extraction efficiency,shortened the microbial oxidation cycle,and decreased operational energy consumption by more than 10%,while ensuring the pollution-free emission of acidic gases.The design and application of this low-carbon and high-efficiency bio-oxidation gold extraction tank can efficiently recover gold elements,reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions,and promote the green,sustainable development of the industry.This innovation provides solid support for the broader adoption of bio-oxidation pretreatment gold extraction technology.
