摘　　要：近年来,一院多区成为我国众多公立医院发展的重要路径选择,国家已接连颁布多项政策对其进行了总体部署。本研究首先对公立医院一院多区模式建设的驱动因素展开了探讨,进而将分院区的功能定位划分为综合型、专科型、医养结合型、国际医学中心4类,并就每一种功能定位下分院区所面临的问题与挑战进行分析。最后,从顶层设计、合法合规性、国际动态、财务统筹、质量管理、对外合作6个方面提出了一院多区战略规划的策略建议。In recent years,one hospital with multiple districts model has become an important path for the development of many public hospitals in China,and several national policies has been successively issued to make overall arrangements for it.The driving factors of the construction of one hospital with multi districts model in public hospitals were firstly explored,then the func-tional positioning of branch areas was divided into four categories of comprehensive,specialized,medical and elderly care integra-tion,and international medical centers,and the problems and challenges faced by branch areas under each functional positioning were analyzed.Finally,recommendations for the strategic planning of one hospital with multiple districts were proposed from six aspects of top-level design,legality and compliance,international trends,financial coordination,quality management,and ex-ternal cooperation.
