摘　　要：目的:探讨高质量发展与等级医院评审之间的内在联系,提出合理性建议,为医院高质量发展提供参考。方法:运用文献研究法分析公立医院高质量发展与等级医院评审之间的内在联系。运用SWOT分析法探究基于高质量发展视角的三级公立医院评审体系建设的外部机遇、挑战,内部优势、劣势,并描述其改进措施。采用问卷调查法收集职工对于基于高质量发展视域的三级公立医院评审体系建设的认知和满意度情况。运用比较分析法研究改进措施实施效果。结果:被调查职工对等级医院评审体系建设措施的满意度持肯定态度的占91.30%;对医院高质量发展成效的满意度持肯定态度的占71.74%。斯皮尔曼等级相关系数为0.8,P<0.05,具有统计学意义,等级医院评审体系建设措施与医院高质量发展成效之间存在正相关关系。结论:在高质量发展视野下,三级公立医院开展等级医院评审体系建设需做到:科学认识两者联系,学习、领会“高质量发展”和“等级医院评审”相关政策,制定改进措施;适应以日常监测、客观指标、现场检查、定量与定性评价相结合的评审模式;完善医院评审体系。通过完善指标体系、加强内部管理及提升职工参与度,促进医院可持续发展。Objective To explore the intrinsic relationship between high-quality development and hospital grade assessment,and propose reasonable suggestions for the hospitals'high-quality development.Methods Literature research method was em-ployed to analyze the intrinsic linkage between high-quality development of public hospitals and grade hospital assessment.SWOT analysis was used to investigate the external opportunities,challenges,internal strengths,and weaknesses of the construc-tion of a grade hospital assessment system for tertiary public hospitals from the perspective of high-quality development.A ques-tionnaire survey was conducted to collect staff's perceptions and satisfaction with the construction of a grade hospital assessment system for tertiary public hospitals based on the vision of high-quality development.And comparative analysis was applied to study the implementation effects of the improvement measures.Results Among the surveyed staff,91.30%expressed satisfaction with the measures for constructing the grade hospital assessment system,and 71.74%expressed satisfaction with the achievements of the hospitals high-quality development.The Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was 0.8(P<0.05).And there had a positive correlation between the construction measures of grade hospital assessment system and the hospitals high-quality develop-ment achievements.Conclusion From the perspective of high-quality development,for the construction of a grade hospital assess-ment system in tertiary public hospitals,it is suggested to scientifically understand their relationship,study policies related to"high-quality development"and"grade hospital assessment",formulate improvement measures,adapt to an assessment model that combines daily monitoring,objective indicators,on-site inspections,and quantitative and qualitative evaluations,and im-prove the hospital assessment system.By refining the indicator system,strengthening internal management,and enhancing staff participation,the hospitals'sustainable development can be prom
