摘 要:填埋是重要的生活垃圾处理处置技术。随着我国原生垃圾填埋量逐渐减少,生活垃圾填埋污染控制颁布了新的标准。生活垃圾填埋与应对气候变化和新污染物治理等国家战略密切相关。因此,我国填埋技术必然出现新的发展需求。对填埋技术在国际和我国的发展历程进行了梳理,剖析了我国填埋技术未来在降碳减污方面的可能工作重点,即在役填埋场的气液污染控制、退役填埋场的治理、渗滤液泄漏风险及检测与修复、温室气体监测和排放核算、老龄渗滤液的低成本处理、新污染物控制。Landfilling is a crucial technique for the disposal of municipal solid waste.With the gradual redution of the amount of raw municipal solid waste received in landfills in China,a new standard has been issued for the pollution control of municipal solid waste.Furthermore,waste landfilling is closely related to national and international policies such as climate change mitigation and emerging contaminants management.Consequently,new development needs for landfill technology in China are bound to emerge.The international and domestic development of landfill technology were reviewed,and potential future focus areas for landfill technology in China in terms of carbon reduction and pollution control were analyzed,including pollution control of gas and liquid in active landfills,remediation of decommissioned landfills,risk assessment and remediation of leachate leakage,monitoring and accounting of greenhouse gas emissions,low-cost treatment of aged leachate,as well as control of emerging contaminants.
