摘  要:当前我国城市普遍存在危险废物集中处置设施缺失的问题,飞灰固化物进入生活垃圾填埋场是大势所趋。以某生活垃圾填埋场为例,重点聚焦于利用该填埋场腾退的部分库容来重构飞灰库区的过程。详细阐述了对垃圾填埋场填埋、防渗以及淋溶液导排等关键环节的升级改造措施,并对项目运行效果进行监测与分析。该项目减少了存量垃圾填埋场污染源,避免重新征地新建危险废物填埋场,具有显著的经济、社会和环境效益。At present,there is a general problem of the lack of centralized hazardous waste disposal facilities in cities in China,and it is an inevitable trend for fly ash solidification wastes to enter domestic waste landfills.Taking a domestic waste landfill as an example,the process of reconstructing the fly ash storage area by utilizing part of the relclaimed storage capacity of the landfill was focused.The upgrading and renovation measures of key links such as landfill filling,anti-seepage and leaching solution drainage were elaborated,and the operation effect of the project was monitored and analyzed.This project reduced the pollution sources of the existing landfills,avoided new land acquisition and construction of hazardous waste landfills,which had significant economic,social,and environmental benefits.
