摘 要:针对生活垃圾填埋场封场后长期管理难题,提出了一种智慧管理平台构建方案。该平台包括运行管理管控系统、污染防治安全管控系统、集中管控平台3个子系统,为填埋场封场后管理提供了解决方案和新思路。同时结合实际案例,深入分析了封场智慧管理平台构建内容。结果表明,在填埋场封场阶段使用智慧管理平台,能实现对填埋场状态的实时监测、数据采集和集中管理,有利于封场修复后的场地利用,也可为其他城市填埋场封场后管理工作提供一定的参考。Aiming at the long-term management problems of MSW landfill after closure,an intelligent management platform was proposed.The platform includes three subsystems:operation management and control system,pollution prevention and safety control system,as well as centralized control platform,which provides solutions and new ideas for the management of landfill after closure.At the same time,combined with practical cases,the construction content of intelligent management platform for landfill closure was deeply analyzed.The results showed that using a intelligent management platform during the landfill closure stage could achieve real-time monitoring,data collection and centralized management of the landfill state,which was conducive to the utilization of the site after the landfill closure and restoration,and also provided reference for the post-closure management of other urban landfills.
