摘　　要：大疱性系统性红斑狼疮(BSLE)为SLE的一个独特亚型,发病机制与针对Ⅶ型胶原的自身抗体显著相关,多累及20~40岁的年轻女性。本文报道1例青少年男性BSLE,该病例患者对糖皮质激素、JAK抑制剂、免疫调节剂、免疫球蛋白治疗均反应不佳,但氨苯砜治疗有显著改善。Bullous systemic lupus erythematosus(BSLE)is a unique variant of SLE,characterized by its pathogenesis being notably linked to autoantibodies that target typeⅦcollagen.The disease predominantly impacts young women aged between 20 and 40 years.This paper reports a young male diagnosed patient with BSLE who exhibited a suboptimal response to treatments such as glucocorticoids,Janus kinase(JAK)inhibitors,immunomodulators,and immunoglobulin therapy.However,the patient experienced a significant improvement following administration of dapsone.
