摘 要:特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)病理生理学中神经-免疫的双向作用越来越受到重视,两者之间的相互作用涉及到神经纤维与免疫细胞间的多种信号交流。神经系统通过神经递质与免疫细胞表面的特异性受体相结合,诱发免疫应答并影响疾病进展;反之,活化的免疫细胞可分泌介质调节神经纤维的功能,改变神经递质水平从而介导AD的发病。本文综述了几种经典的神经递质及其受体,重点集中于信号通路的激活及炎症因子的释放,探讨其在AD背景下介导免疫紊乱的机制,旨在为AD的临床治疗提供新的视角和策略。More and more attention has been paid to the bidirectional interaction of neuro-immunity in the pathophysiology of atopic dermatitis(AD).The interaction between nerve fibers and immune cells is involved in a variety of signal communication.The nervous system modulates immune responses and disease progression through neurotransmitters binding to specific receptors on immune cells.Conversely,activated immune cells release mediators that regulate nerve fiber function,affecting neurotransmitter levels and thereby contributing to the pathogenesis of AD.This review summarizes several classic neurotransmitters and their receptors,focusing on the activation of signaling pathways and the release of inflammatory cytokines,and the mechanisms through which these interactions contribute to immune dysregulation in AD,offering novel insights and therapeutic strategies for clinical treatment.
