摘　　要：豆甾醇是一种提取自草药、大豆和烟草等草本植物的植物甾醇,具有抗炎、抗糖尿病、抗氧化、降低血胆固醇等多种药理作用。豆甾醇在肝癌、胃癌、乳腺癌、肺癌等多种肿瘤治疗中均表现出较为显著的抗肿瘤作用。现综述近年来豆甾醇抗肿瘤作用机制方面的研究进展。Stigmasterol is a phytosterol extracted from herbal plants,including soybeans and tobacco,known for its pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anti-diabetic,antioxidant activities,and the ability to lower blood cholesterol.Recent studies have reported that lung cancer.This article aims to review the recent advances in research on the mechanisms of stigmasterol′s antitumor effects.
