基于双光谱测温技术的电缆热感知系统设计研究

摘  要:电缆热感知系统能实时感知电缆温度情况,是智慧电力体系的核心组成部分,但现行系统在实际中应用效果并不理想,感知值与真实值偏差较大,而且感知结果置信度较低,无法达到预期的效果,为此提出基于双光谱测温技术的电缆热感知系统设计研究。在系统硬件方面对双光谱热像仪、报警器选型与设计,利用双光谱热像仪采集电缆热图像信息,利用报警器对电缆热故障预警响应。在系统软件方面采用均值滤波法对电缆热图像去噪,并采用阈值分割法对电缆热图像分割处理,利用双光谱测温技术确定电缆温度,实现基于双光谱测温技术的电缆热感知。经实验证明,设计系统感知值置信度在0.95以上,可以实现对电缆温度精准感知。The cable thermal sensing system can perceive the temperature of cables in real time and is a core component of the smart power system.However,the current system's application effect in practice is not ideal,with a large deviation between the perceived value and the true value,and the confidence level of the perceived result is low,which cannot achieve the expected effect.Therefore,a cable thermal sensing system design research based on dual spectrum temperature measurement technology is proposed.In terms of system hardware,the selection and design of dual spectrum thermal imagers and alarms are carried out.The dual spectrum thermal imager is used to collect cable thermal image information,and the alarm is used to respond to cable thermal fault warning.In terms of system software,the mean filtering method is used to denoise the cable thermal image,and the threshold segmentation method is used to segment the cable thermal image.The cable temperature is determined using dual spectral temperature measurement technology,achieving cable thermal sensing based on dual spectral temperature measurement technology.Experimental results have shown that the design system has a perceived confidence level of 0.95 or higher,which can achieve precise sensing of cable temperature.
