摘  要:该文章对比分析了天然气输送管道和超临界—密相CO_(2)输送管道泄压参数的差异,对后续CO_(2)管道泄压分析具有很好的借鉴意义。天然气输送管道泄压过程中,泄压孔板下游低温、泄放气量、海管内压力变化曲线变化较为平稳,OLGA软件计算的各参数与现场数据接近,可以为现场操作提供很好的借鉴;管输超临界—密相CO_(2)是最经济有效的输送方式,泄压时因超临界—密相CO_(2)性质急剧变化,泄压过程中密相—液相—气相/液相—气相之间变化,海底管道进出口位置因超临界—密相CO_(2)气化导致温度降低,持续时间长,现场人员需关注因泄压低温造成管道外表面结冰和材料脆性断裂等情况。This article compares and analyzes the differences in depressurisation parameters between natural gas transport pipelines and supercritical-dense phaseCO_(2)transport pipelines,which has good reference significance for subsequentCO_(2)pipeline depressurisation analysis.Dur⁃ing the depressurisation process of natural gas transport pipelines,the downstream low temperature of the restriction orifice,blowdown gas flowrate,subsea pipeline pressure curves,along the subsea pipeline are relatively stable.The parameters calculated by OLGA software are close to on-site data,which can provide good reference for on-site operations.Pipeline transportation of supercriti⁃cal-dense phaseCO_(2)is the most economical and effective transport method.During depressurisa⁃tion,the properties of supercritical-dense phaseCO_(2)change rapidly,and the changes between dense phase-liquid phase-gas phase/liquid-gas phase occur.The temperature drop at the inlet and outlet of the subsea pipeline is caused by the gasification of supercritical dense phase CO_(2),which lasts for a long time.On site personnel need to pay attention to situations such as icing on the outer surface of the pipeline and brittle fracture of materials caused by depressurisation.
