摘  要:目前青海盐湖工业股份有限公司1000000t“反浮选—冷结晶”法钾肥生产装置中,光卤石经冷结晶工序后,结晶器中未分解的大颗粒物料(+0.8 mm)较多。为实现结晶产物中未分解大颗粒物料的高效利用,根据粒径分布和光卤石中NaCl含量,研究确定了以2mm为界进行磨碎脱钠,磨碎最佳时间为2min,-2mm粒级中NaCl含量较高,需要再次进行浮选脱钠。At present,in the million ton“reverse flotation-cold crystallization”method po⁃tassium fertilizer production plant of Salt Lake Corporation,after the cold crystallization process of carnallite,there is a large amount of undecomposed large particle material(+0.8 mm)in the crys⁃tallizer.In order to achieve efficient utilization of undecomposed large particles in crystalline prod⁃ucts,based on the particle size distribution and NaCl content in carnallite,it was determined to grind and remove sodium with a 2 mm boundary.The optimal grinding time is 2 minutes,and the NaCl content in the-2 mm particle size is relatively high,requiring further flotation for sodium re⁃moval.
