摘  要:针对氯化钙盐水对碳钢等金属的腐蚀问题,对盐水的腐蚀机理进行了研究,研制了SGR-0813盐水专用缓蚀剂,该缓蚀剂不含铬酸盐、亚硝酸盐等有毒有害成分,属环境友好型产品,同时该产品具有用量低、缓蚀效率高等优点。文章介绍了实验过程中影响缓蚀率的因素及现场相关应用情况,产品缓蚀率可达98%以上。In view of the corrosion of carbon steel and other metals by salt water such as cal⁃cium chloride,the corrosion mechanism of salt water was studied,and the corrosion inhibitor SGR-0813 for salt water was developed.The corrosion inhibitor does not contain chromate,nitrite and other toxic and harmful components.At the same time,the product has the advantages of low dos⁃age and high corrosion inhibition efficiency.The factors affecting the corrosion inhibition rate dur⁃ing the experiment are introduced.The corrosion inhibition rate of the product can reach more than 98%.
