摘　　要：ABB变频器ACS5000系列具备较为复杂的结构,一旦出现故障需要较长的维修与保养时间,甚至还会导致设备长时间停车。文章针对电动压裂泵施工中ACS5000传动系统频发的IGCT、中性点电压、充电合闸、EAF板等故障,进行分类总结并提出相应处理办法及预防措施,以期为今后的同类变频器故障维修工作提供更多的借鉴依据,确保设备正常运行。ACS5000 series of ABB inverter has a more complex structure,once the failure problem happens,it requires a long time of fault checking and maintenance.And it even leads to a long time of equipment shutdown.In view of the frequent failures of IGCT,neutral voltage,charg⁃ing and closing,EAF board of ACS5000 transmission system in the construction of electric fractur⁃ing pump,the article classifieds and summarizes the corresponding treatment methods and preven⁃tive measures,in order to provide more reference for the maintenance of similar frequency con⁃verter faults in the future and ensure the normal operation of equipment.
