高温树脂制水装置在高温蒸汽冷凝水余热回收综合利用方面的应用

摘　　要：文章结合江西晶昊盐化有限公司在回收利用高温蒸汽冷凝水方面遇到的问题,为提高高温冷凝水的处理效果和余热回收综合利用,不断进行技术改进,摸索出对高温蒸汽冷凝水进行有效除盐处理的高温树脂制水装置,既能利用冷凝水的热能,又能制出满足锅炉水质标准的除盐水。在高温树脂制水装置前期运行中,关键环节的混床制水运行指标不理想,通过调整和总结经验,运行工艺得到不断改进,最终达到设计效果。Article combined with the company in the recycling of high temperature steam condensate encountered problems,in order to improve the effect of high temperature condensate treatment and comprehensive utilization of waste heat recovery,continuous technical improve⁃ment,find out the use of high temperature resin water device to high temperature steam condensate effective desalination treatment,can use the heat energy of condensed water,and can make fully meet the boiler water quality standard of salt water.In the early operation of the high-temperature resin water making device,the operation index of the key link of the mixing bed is not ideal.Through continuous adjustment and summary of experience,the operation process is continuously improved,and the design effect is finally achieved.
